Client names, addresses, care notes, hours and payments live behind a team sign-in. Only the pages you are reading now can be opened without an account.
Owners and schedulers can edit clients, caregivers, visits and payments. Caregivers see their own visits and clock themselves in and out. Roles are granted by the owner from the Caregivers page.
Access rules are enforced by the database itself, not just the screens. A signed-out request returns nothing at all, and locked client assignments are rejected even if someone tries to work around the form.
Every visit created, retimed, reassigned or cancelled, every clock in and out and every payment is stamped with who did it and when. Entries are added, never quietly rewritten.
Export the audit log as a CSV — including clock in and clock out columns — and show background check status and expiry for every caregiver from one page.
Sign in and open the Audit Log — it answers who, what and when for any visit or payment.
